Brian Callahan is the Graduate Program Director of and Lecturer in the Information Technology & Web Science program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate NY. He is a frequent contributor to QEX magazine where he pursues his interest in designing interesting technical experiments for amateur radio operators of all skill levels.
